1. Eligibility for Refund

- **Project Initiation:** Refunds are available only if the project has not yet started. Once the project kickoff meeting has occurred or work has commenced, refunds are not typically granted. - **Project Delay:** If ARN Solutions fails to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeline without reasonable cause or prior communication, a partial refund may be considered. - **Scope of Work:** If the delivered work does not align with the agreed-upon project scope or specifications, ARN Solutions will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, a partial refund may be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

- **Change of Mind:** Refunds are not available if the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun due to a change of mind or circumstances beyond ARN Solutions' control. - **Third-Party Costs:** Any costs incurred from third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, Themes, Plugins, software licenses) are non-refundable. - **Completed Milestones:** Refunds are not available for work that has been completed and approved in previous project milestones.

3. Requesting a Refund

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, ARN Solutions will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of services or project delivery, ARN Solutions encourages clients to first reach out to our support team to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to an external arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.
